BBC School Report 2017

bbc2017This year we have the following students involved in the BBC School Report – All from Year 7: Alexander, Olivia, Josh, Luke, Abbie, Ewan, Callum, Helena and Becky.

Students started the day by watching some introduction videos from Hugh Edwards at the BBC and then a discussion in the group to talk about the aims for the day.  Mr Jukes talked to the students about the type of news to look at and how to produce news articles.

The students needed to research 3 news stories and write up a report.  They then had the opportunity to record an audio version of their best report.
